Terms of use
Last updated 11 October 2026
These terms apply when you use Prepare 11 Plus, run by HAGS Consultancy Services Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales. By creating an account you agree to them. Contact: hello@prepare11plus.co.uk.
The service
An online practice platform for the FSCE-format 11+ test. Independent. Not affiliated with any school or with FSCE. All questions and passages are original practice material or out-of-copyright extracts; they are not real exam questions, and practice scores do not predict a test result.
Accounts
Accounts are for parents and carers aged 18 or over, who are responsible for their children’s use of the site. Keep your password private. One subscription covers every child in your household.
Subscriptions, the free trial and cancelling
- Plans are £19.99 a month or £149 a year, including VAT, taken by Stripe.
- A first subscription starts with a 7-day free trial. Cancel before it ends and you pay nothing. If you don’t cancel, the plan you chose starts and renews automatically until you cancel.
- You can cancel at any time from your account page. You keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.
- Under UK consumer law you normally have 14 days to cancel a digital service. Because the paid content is available immediately, you agree that this right ends once you start using it after the free trial. If something has gone wrong, email us and we will put it right or refund you fairly.
- We will give at least 30 days’ notice by email before any price rise, and you can cancel before it applies.
Fair use
The content is for your family’s own use. Please don’t copy, resell or share papers, questions or account access, and don’t try to scrape or overload the site. We may suspend accounts that do.
Writing feedback
Creative writing feedback is produced by AI. It is guidance to help your child improve, not a mark, grade or prediction, and it can be wrong. Use it alongside your own judgement.
Our responsibility
We work hard to keep the questions accurate and the site available, but we cannot promise it will be error-free or uninterrupted. If you find a mistake, tell us and we will fix it. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer, or our liability where the law does not allow it to be limited.
Changes and law
We may update these terms and will email you about any important change. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
